PEARL (Pacific Educational Analytical Research Laboratory)
is an advanced education program offered by PACE primarily focused on a water resource and leadership management curriculum.  The goal of PEARL is to provide training to employees and business partners in new knowledge areas thus raising the bar of water resource and management expertise. PEARL challenges all employees to strive for new knowledge and continuously build on this mastery to achieve levels of expertise that far surpass typical training expectations.

By utilizing tools such as classroom training, laboratory testing, field experience, and expert mentoring, the PEARL program stimulates individuals not only to enrich their knowledge but also to focus on their natural curiosity and creative capabilities.

All employees are encouraged to participate in the PEARL program by attending classes as well as instruct courses.  Courses are scheduled throughout the year and certification programs for several focus areas are offered.
